Shipping and Returns

Orders which are received before 3PM (Monday to Friday) will be sent out that day. If you place an order after 3PM on Friday then unfortunately it won't be sent out until Monday morning (Tuesday depending if bank holiday). 

2 to 3 days delivery  -  Free Delivery

Next day delivery - £6.99

For orders over £100.00 items will be sent via a tracked service. Sometime this might be next day delivery.

International Delivery - £20.00

We only ship to Northern Ireland and not Ireland, sorry for any inconvenience caused.

The companies that we use to deliver are Royal Mail, My Hermes or Yodel.



Here at Bunty we offer a 30 day no quibble returns policy. The item must be in new condition still and not damaged. If the original packaging has been removed for example to try on a harness but it doesn't fit then don't worry. We will happily exchange it still. 

Please contact us before returning your item so you can get a free post label ensuring a safe and quick return of your product. Please note we only offer free post labels when an item is faulty or the wrong item has been sent out. If you have ordered in error or don't like the item then you would be liable for the shipping charges back. 

If you are eligible for a full refund this will be put back on your card wtihin 3-5 working days. 

Damaged Deliveries

If your item has arrived damaged please do not remove the packaging and send photos of the damage to us.  

Missing Items In Your Delivery

If there is an item missing from your order please contact us and provide your full delivery address so we can look into the matter.

Wrong Item Received

If you have received the wrong item please contact us with photos of the wrong item and we will look into the matter. 

If The Product Develops A Fault

If a product you have bought develops a fault please contact us with details so we can look into this for you.
