Next Day Delivery – Free on all orders placed before 3pm

Standard Delivery – Free on all orders placed after 3pm

International Delivery - £20.00

Though we offer free next day delivery on all items, orders intended for remote areas may take up to 48 hours for delivery.

Due to logistic constraints, we can only ship to Northern Ireland, and not Ireland. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Courier Information

In order to meet and fulfil customer expectations, and ensure a seamless shopping experience, we utilise a robust network of couriers including: Evri, Yodel, Royal Mail, DPD and Parcelforce.

Returns

Here at Bunty we offer a 30 day no quibble returns policy.

To qualify, the item must be:

-       In new condition

-       Not damaged

If the original packaging has been removed (trying on a harness that then doesn’t fit for example), we will be to refund the item.

Before any return on faulty or sent in error products, we would ask that you contact us to receive a free post label, ensuring a quick, safe return for the item and a speedy resolution.

Please note we only offer free post labels when an item is faulty, or the wrong item has been sent out. If a product is ordered in error, or you don’t like the item, then you would be liable for return shipping charges.

If you are eligible for a full refund this will be put back on your card within 3-5 working days.

Damaged Deliveries

If your item has arrived damaged, please do not remove the packaging. We would please ask that you send photos of the damaged product to us.

Missing Items in Your Delivery

In the rare event an item missing from your order, please contact us and provide your full delivery address. We will investigate and update you on the matter.

Wrong Item Received

If you have received the wrong item, please contact us with photos of the wrong item and we will work to resolve the matter.

If the Product Develops a Fault

If a product you have bought develops a fault, please contact us with details so we can investigate and update you on the matter.

Item Ordered to Wrong Address

We kindly ask that all customers would confirm the correct address before proceeding with any order. We will be unable to refund or replace any order where the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect.

In the very rare event a customer has given us the incorrect address, and the person at the incorrect address rejects the package, it will be returned to the courier. At that time, we will be able to process the return and issue a refund to the customer.
