With that in mind, we offer extensively tested, wear-resistant, quality products without the premium price tags.
Bunty Heavy Duty Collar - A heavy duty collar suitable to a wide range of dogs, our collar is designed to provide the ideal solution to any owner who feels like their dog is taking them for a walk. Built from sturdy, hard wearing metal, our robust collar is a perfect choice for any owner looking to help train their excitable pets for brief periods; conditioning them to refrain from pulling whilst on the lead.
High quality and durable - Built from durable, corrosion resistant metal and finished in stainless steel, our heavy-duty collar is affordably priced without a loss in quality. Constructed with the most enthusiastic pets in mind, our collar consists of tough metal links, with a strong metal ring to connect to your lead, ensuring consistent durability and longevity.
Easy to fit - Placed behind the ears, high on your dog’s neck, the collar simply slips over your dog’s head. Refer to the sizing guide to get the pest fit for your dog. That being said, we offer sizes to comfortably fit the majority of breeds, ensuring a consummate anti-pull training aid for dogs of all shapes and sizes.
For home or professional use - When used properly, correction collars can prove to be an incredibly valuable asset in curbing aggressive and over-enthusiastic tendencies in our dogs. We offer a product that will prove to be an essential tool when used in combination with gentle corrections and positive reinforcement.
- Small: 2mm x 40cm (Chihuahua, Jack Russell, Shih Tzu and similar sized breeds).
- Medium: 3mm x 55cm (Beagle, Standard Dachshund, Border Terrier, Springer Spaniel and similar sized breeds).
- Large: 4mm x 65cm (Cockapoo, German Shepherd, Golden Retriever, Labrador and similar sized breeds).
Shipping
Kindly note that any orders placed after 4PM on Friday will be processed on Monday morning (Tuesday if there is a bank holiday) to ensure seamless logistics and fulfilment operations.
We exclusively offer shipping services to the United Kingdom and regretfully cannot accommodate shipping to Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Wight, and the Highlands. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
To ensure reliable and efficient delivery, we partner with reputable courier companies such as Evri, DPD, Yodel, Royal Mail, and Parcel Force.

Returns
Here at Bunty we offer a 30 day no quibble returns policy.
To qualify, the item must be:
- In new condition
- Not damaged
If the original packaging has been removed (trying on a harness that then doesn’t fit for example), we will be to refund the item.
Before any return on faulty or sent in error products, we would ask that you contact us to receive a free post label, ensuring a quick, safe return for the item and a speedy resolution.
Please note we only offer free post labels when an item is faulty, or the wrong item has been sent out. If a product is ordered in error, or you don’t like the item, then you would be liable for return shipping charges.
If you are eligible for a full refund this will be put back on your card within 3-5 working days.
Damaged Deliveries
If your item has arrived damaged, please do not remove the packaging. We would please ask that you send photos of the damaged product to us.
Missing Items in Your Delivery
In the rare event an item missing from your order, please contact us and provide your full delivery address. We will investigate and update you on the matter.
Wrong Item Received
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us with photos of the wrong item and we will work to resolve the matter.
If the Product Develops a Fault
If a product you have bought develops a fault, please contact us with details so we can investigate and update you on the matter.
Item Ordered to Wrong Address
We kindly ask that all customers would confirm the correct address before proceeding with any order. We will be unable to refund or replace any order where the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect.
In the very rare event a customer has given us the incorrect address, and the person at the incorrect address rejects the package, it will be returned to the courier. At that time, we will be able to process the return and issue a refund to the customer.

Beds
Most Bunty beds are machine washable at 30° Celsius and 800rpm.
No beds are suitable for tumble drying.
Any bed that can't be machine washed we recommend hand washing.
Hand Washable:
All elevated beds, Tuscan, Woodland, Orthopaedic, Manhattan, Cosy Couch, Outback
Harnesses
Though all harnesses can be machine washed at 30° Celsius and 800rpm, we recommend hand washing them to avoid any damage to plastic or metal harness components, or damage to your machine.
We recommend air drying all Bunty harnesses.
Blankets
All Bunty blankets are machine washable at 30° Celsius and 800rpm.
Dog Clothing
Though most Bunty dog clothing (i.e. jackets, raincoats) are machine washable at 30° Celsius and 800rpm, we recommend hand washing them to avoid any damage to plastic or metal clothing components, or damage to your machine.
We recommend air drying all Bunty dog clothing.
Collars & Leads
We recommend hand washing and air drying all Bunty collars and leads.
